Do our clients know you’re involved?
Only if you want them to. Most firms prefer the white-label model — we work as your back-office team, and your clients see your firm’s name on everything. Some firms prefer a co-branded approach. Either way, the advisory relationship stays with your firm.

Which POS systems do you support?
We integrate with all major restaurant POS platforms including Toast, Square, Clover, Revel, Aloha, and others. If your client uses a less common system, we’ll evaluate compatibility during the discovery process.

How does pricing work?
Pricing starts at $499 per location per month for firms with 4–7 restaurant clients, $599 per location for 2–3 clients, and $699 for a single location. Volume pricing is available for larger engagements. Most firms mark up our services and earn margin on the relationship.

What if our client has multiple locations?
Multi-location restaurant groups are one of our strengths. We provide consolidated financial reporting across all locations, with individual location P&Ls and comparative analysis — exactly what operators and their advisors need to make decisions.

Do you work with firms outside of Texas?
Yes. Our delivery model is fully remote. We work with CPA firms across the United States. As long as the client operates on QuickBooks and a supported POS, location isn’t a constraint.
